Collaborate Technical Requirements
For larger sites, or companies with multiple employees involved in the content authoring, the MultiLeaf Collaborate Option provides multi-user access. This allows multiple users and groups to access the data while providing a work flow for the content changing process.
User Management:
- Add users
- Create groups (roles)
- Assign permissions to certain sections of the content based upon roles or usernames
Workflow Ability:
- Create progress levels (e.g. Draft, Awaiting Comment, Approved, Published)
- Create notification scheme to send e-mails to the appropriate person for the progress point
- Maintain an audit trail of content changes
- See history of changes and be able to revert to saved versions
